Step 1: Get a sword
Step 2: Put it in your warrior's hand (preferably the right one...as that's where weapons go)
Step 3: Find some monsters.
Step 4: Double click on one of them
Step 5: Sit back and watch the invincible Wammo! It slices! It dices! Hell it even casts a spell or heals itself once in a while!

Default The Best W/E Build?

I am a little bit confused and I hope some experienced players can share their insights with me.

I am a W/E and I am struggling between Tactics/Strength.

I found that most Strength skills are not too useful. They deal with poor damage although there are some defensive skills.

While on the other hand, the Tactics skills seem much more useful. So I am thinking if I should give up all Strength skills and go for Tactics only?

Are you in PvE? If so, I'd say yes, definatly. Strength is only usefull if you're using it for it's skills. As a primary atribute, it's not worth adding points to for its passive efect.

Now if you're in PvP, I'd take a carefull look at what tactics skills you're using. Many of them are defensive, and defensive skills are not what you need on a warrior.

Unless you want to use skills like Dolyak Sig, Endure/Defy Pain, Sprint (Which works OK on low Str), I'd avoid Str on a PvE warrior.

I don't think he even meant that to be directed at you. Even so, try punctuation, or even full words. There was no need to assault his build the way you did.

out of all of the builds posted, koneko's is definitely the best. however, he is missing one key skill: arcane echo.

anyway, the reason why over half of the posts in this thread are nothing but sarcasm is because of the OP's complete lack of the respect for both the search function and the simple act of actually browsing through the threads already posted. it honestly doesn't take a genius to come up with a half dcent build for pve.

and please, no bickering. both serious builds posted are open to a lot of criticism, but i will stay my tongue since i believe that whatever works for you works.

If this is a PvP build, I'm afraid you're very much mistaken- Frenzy is essential for a Warrior, unless you have Ranger as your secondary profession.
And De One, before you decide to flame others for their choice of equipment, take into account that Ice Imps and Golems aren't the only ones that use hexes-in fact,Anti-Warrior hexes are rampant in PvP, some of which cause almost complete shutdown. For this reason, many people, including top Tombs and GvG players, opt to wear the Lieutenant's Helm.
